Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ads Uploader, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Definitions

"We", "us", and "our" refer to Bergamote inc. "You" means the user of the app. "Facebook Platform Data" means any data received from Facebook, including tokens, page IDs, ad account IDs, ad metrics, names, emails, and profile images.

3. Eligibility and Facebook Login

You must be at least 18 and have a valid Facebook account to use this app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Facebook Platform Data Use

We request the following Facebook permissions: public_profile, email, ads_management, ads_read, business_management, instagram_basic, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement.

We collect and use Facebook Platform Data (tokens, page IDs, ad account IDs, ad metrics, names, emails, profile images, Instagram account data) to provide and improve the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. User-Generated Content and IP

You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to use it as needed to operate the app. You must have rights to any content you upload.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not violate Facebook's or Meta's terms or policies
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

7. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important. See our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions for details on how we protect your data and how you can request deletion.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bergamote inc. harmless from any claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time. You may disconnect your Facebook account and request data deletion at any time.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Québec.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or in-app at least 7 days before any material changes.
